Ian is very friendly, incredibly professional and provides a level of customer service that is second to none. When I first met with Ian it was after work in the CBD, we met in a bar at my request which was convenient for me. I ordered a particular drink. Ian took note of what I ordered and sent me a bottle as a present along with a thank you card when the switching banks process was all over. Gesturers like that and how he constantly goes out of his way in all financial dealings, makes me wish all service providers were like Ian!

Although I originally consulted Ian to help me switch banks (over a year ago now), I still use his services for advice on other financial decisions that i need to make.
