I have had a terrible time after buying a new Samsung phone from this company. The first phone was faulty and we agreed to return for a warranty repair. There was a 7 week delay (despite rapid email responses) between returning the broken phone and receiving the replacement phone. The replacement phone didn't work at all. The second phone was instantly returned and a further delay of 5 weeks was experienced. The replacement phone, phone number 3, was not fully functioning and I tried a firmware update to correct it's problems but this was impossible due to the phone model not being supported by Samsung Australia as it was an overseas model, this was confirmed by contacting Samsung Australia. From start to finish we waited 19 weeks from purchase date without a working phone only to receive one with some faults that can't be corrected as it is not supported in Australia. We cannot register it here and are constantly given phone based reminders to download software updates that fail because of the region the phone is in. I did not try and pursue further warranty claims due to the lack of success and the time taken to get absolutely nowhere.
