I signed up for Carolyn's Motivation Package back in January. It has been my first time working with a Naturopath & Coach and the experience has made a huge difference in my life. I struggled with anxiety but I feel I can manage it a lot better since doing this. Carolyn planned each session well and I really got a lot out of each one.
