My sister's memory card was stuck in my laptop. She entered the shop and said can you guys please remove this memory card and also do it for free? The worker said something like yes and maybe. He surely did remove the memory card and didn't charge her anything. In total it took about 10 minutes max. Lovely guy and if had any other computer issues would happily go there for advice and even pay them! lol Thanks again guys!
