I really wanted to say a big thank you on behalf of all of us. Your warmth, experience, knowledge and compassion whilst being firm, direct and providing astute advise at a time we are at our worst was amazing. The commemoration and celebration of our dad's life was made as good as this part of life can be, was a direct result and entirely due to your wise counsel.

Even people in attendance were amazed, being of Greek Heritage, the traditional morbid funerals most people experience was pleasantly transformed by the service you put together. Both family and friends commented on how much more comforting the experience was. You captured our desire to not just grieve, but rather help us all appreciate how "Jimmy", our dad had touched us in his own special way. You truly have a gift.
