I called Fallon solutions for a second opinion regarding my ducted A/C which had stopped working. I did not get a good feeling about the first company I called out to have a look as they were not very helpful (or knowledgeable it seemed). Roshiel from Fallon came out and I immediately felt better about everything. He actually had a proper look, SHOWED me what was wrong and explained what would be necessary in the short and long term. To make things even better he had the necessary part in his van and installed it on the spot and my A/C was working again. This also happened to be the hottest day we’d had here in years. Roshiel was friendly, knew what he was talking about and was not pushy at all about the further work that would be beneficial for the long term life of my A/C unit. I can not recommend Fallon solutions and in particular Roshiel enough. I am 100% satisfied.
