Despite the name, The Concept People have amazing manchester and laurie is the man to talk to. Amazing for personal or business, and if you dont know whats best or what it all means, Laurie will explain in full detail for you. Very professional!

WOW AMAZING! Words cant describe what I think about Gem Candles. I bought one through The Concept People at a manchester party and they said there was jewellery inside. I expected some plastic junk but I got a beautiful pair of stud earrings. They looked impressive so out of curiosity I took them to a local jeweller and asked if they were real or not and to my surprise they said they were worth around $500.00 I almost died! I didn't think there was really anything worth while inside even when they say jewellery is worth $10 - $5000 !! You always hear such things and don't believe it WELL BELIEVE THIS! These will be my Christmas shopping for all my female family and friends this year! Oh and, the massage oil is soooo nice too! These are so worth the money LOL even if you only get something cheap, the aroma and everything is just gorgeous.

Do not stay on a weekend. Stayed there on a Saturday night and the music was too loud from the disco. Had people in the next room causing trouble and had hotel staff and bouncers in my room, while I was laying in bed [they woke us up] so they could get to the other room via our balcony! I was not impressed having 5 men in my room while I was trying to sleep and still in bed in my nightie!
Apart from that, food was great and staff friendly, just avoid the weekend as you wont get sleep and dont know whats likely to happen!

These guys are amazing! Always greeted as you enter the store and when asking for help, your not looked down upon as if your asking dumb questions. I had an idea and needed help to pull it together and the staff member in every area I needed help went above and beyond!
Will always go back, saved me time and money.
