After having had the worst possible roof renovation done by Utter Gutters approx. 9 years ago the thought of having to redo the job was daunting..Having read so many excellent reviews about Roof Doctors - took a chance and it really paid off. They were professional in every way. Efficient, prompt service, diligent, tidy, polite and their work ethic is exceptional. The roof looks perfect. Jeremiah and his hand-picked team took every precaution to protect the property (and those of direct neighbours) by carefully preparing sensitive areas like covering solar panels etc. Jeremiah washed down pergolas, paths and even neighbours' carport / verandahs after pressure cleaning the roof. He would always call /sms ahead before showing up, and was adamant about avoiding windy conditions to prevent " overspray" . This caused a few delays but ultimately it was worth the wait. The cleanup was meticulous. Manjib was very sweet., nothing was too much effort. Jakob, one of Jeremiah's 10 children was a pleasure to have on site and was already a skilled professional. You couldn't find a better bunch to work with. This is a family business that sets the highest standards of service, workmanship and honesty. It was an overall positive and enjoyable experience.
