Lovely hair salon that feels like you stepped into a genuine French experience. The staff are helpful, friendly and work hard to make you look great. I have been back a few times and see males and females and people of all ages walk out happy. The highlights I had done recently are very natural looking and beautifully blended.

Stayed here one night as part of a mystery deal - breakfast was included. The hotel is located right near the railway station and has amazing harbour and city views. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The staff upgraded us as a surprise and were all most helpful and efficient. The breakfast was fantastic and more like a 5 star hotel. We would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was train noise early in the morning which woke us up at 5 am but next time I'd just ask for a different room.

First time buyer of Homy Ped shoes. I visited the outlet store and ended up buying 5 pairs. The staff in the shop are very friendly and keen to assist. One pair broke after several months and I contacted customer service who were most helpful and attentive.

Have bought 4 Bodum Travel Press tea and coffee mugs - 2 for me and 2 for others and both mine have broken. The filter part comes away from the stem and just won't stay on. Wrote to Bodum customer service in November and by January had not even heard back. Looked up Bodum Australia's details and rang the office, Was asked to write an email outlining the issue, Did so and 8 days passed with no reply or any ackowledgement. Eventually asked for a photo of the issue. Then was asked for a close up of the sleeve part. Then was told I could get a replacement sleeve with $5 postage and handling. It arrived in an envelope with $1.20 worth of stamps. It did not work. Asked about a replacement filter part and after several days but was told to order it from a shop or a warehouse with more postage and handling fees....looking on their facebook page I can see lots of people with issues just being ignored on there. Very disappointed. It seems like they just don't care enough about their products.

Dario is a lovely guy who puts a lot of effort into understanding your lifestyle and looking at your face features and then cutting and styling your hair in a highly personalised way to match. He spent ages fine tuning my cut and his head massage/shampoo is very relaxing.

Visited for the first time and was impressed with the food and variety on the menu. The Pork Belly and Barramund dishes were outstanding. Friendly staff but restaurant very noisy on a busy night.

Sal Bonanno has been running this business for around 33 years and it shows--- he did a fantastic job of constructing and fitting a tow bar for our Tarago today at a very reasonable price. He can construct and fit a wide variety of bullbars or racks and loves a challenge.

I contracted Terraset to rectify defective stonework done for us by a dodgy landscaper and was impressed with the prompt, friendly and professional service. A quote was delivered within 24 hours and then when I gave the go ahead they are the sort of tradesmen that did high quality work with the minimum of supervision and stress.

Fantastic place to take a family for dinner. Great prices, fast service and lots of variety to choose from. Parking can be hard during busy nights. Staff are keen to help, patient and friendly and they also have a play area for smaller children.
