We have been waiting for our lounge for more than 3 months. Finally we were notified by the OVERSES delivery team via SMS that our longe will be delivered at a date and time they have decided for us, with no option to change the time/date or contact number.
We managed to contact the courier who was supposed to let us know if they can change the delivery time. While we were waiting, we received another SMS notifying us that our delivery was rescheduled to the next month! as they said we were uncontactable even though
we tried calling customer service several times, but no one answered and the callssimply ended.
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!
Now we need to wait another month for our lounge!
Plush are saying it's the courier who decides on the delivery and the courier said it's Plush.
We are very unsatisfied with the service, especially after paying top $$$ for their product.
Avoid at all cost!
