On their menue (just to mention a few) is Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Hawaiian Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Remedial Massage, Stone Therapy Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Thai Massage, Trigger Point Therapy.
Prices are $90 for 1 hour, $115 for 1.5hours. Experience was pleassant.

I went a couple of times to help with my smoking. Having needles in my body is not my favourite thing. I was looked after very friendly and was reassured throughout the process. I had 5 sessions but it didn't help with the smoking.

A women only gym. I had the pleassure to join for a month and i felt the atmosphere was great, staff is really sweet. compared to other facilities (even they offer breakfast, quite basic and toilett equipment, which i've never seen in any other gym) I was overall disappointed with the classes offered. for that price I'm expeting much much more:) No sauna, no swimmingpool. Plus a hefty fee when you discontinue the membership. So why start to begin with?
