I have been dealing with Andy for many year, the best computer person I have ever dealt with. The teamviewer setup makes sorting out issues really easy. Andy responds quickly and explains things in a manner I can understand. Teamviewer allows my computer to be fixed without the inconvenience of taking it anywhere. Would recommend this man 100% very professional.

After purchasing a new computer and having to have data transfered from old computer to the new, I left both computers with Tame That Computer hoping that this would be a simple process and that everything would work the same as it was on my old computer . After turning my new computer on I realised that things were not quite what I expected, due to the fact that I did not quite understand the differences in programs. I made a phone call to Andy and he explained the differences and what was required to give me what I expected. He was then able to take remote control of my computer with my consent and convert files to a format that I was familiar with. I discovered another minor issue and I sent Andy an email, I received some clear and concise instruction to rectify this issue. Everything is working as I had hoped and I would recommend Andy and his team to anyone. Very reasonable cost and A+ service
