I recently needed to review my financial accounts and found the staff at my local branch to be friendly, helpful and polite. They talked to me in terms I understood and put me at ease straight away. Some great advice was offered and it certainly was to my benefit, not the bank's. Rare to find these days but if it's great customer service you're after, I recommend the staff at this branch.

When shopping here recently, I was pleasantly surprised by the old fashioned customer service offered. The sales consultant approached me and asked if I needed any help or advice. I was happy to just look around on my own and they respectfully let me do that without loitering or pressuring me to make a purchase. Greatly appreciated and I was confident that if I did need a question answered they would be approachable.

I have bought fish and chips from these guys for 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their calamari is the best I've eaten (even better than restaurant quality) - never rubbery or chewy. Aside from delicious fish and chips, they make great steak sandwiches, hamburgers and egg and bacon rolls. They even cater for children with mini flake servings available.

This business services washing machines, dryers and fridges. I have a 28 year old Simpson washing machine and I wouldn't have anyone else service it. It's only needed help twice - once for the motor and once for a replacement dial. These guys offer a great mobile service, prompt, efficient and affordable.

After recently dealing with Autopro Hastings I felt I had to review them to help others in need of their services. I am female and these guys didn't treat me like a dummy even though I was a little out of my comfort zone. Friendly and helpful, the staff were able to offer advice and a solution to my needs. Good service and I will use them again.

I have shopped here for 10 years and can't recommend them highly enough. Great range of reading materials - newspapers, magazines, books and terrific supply of stationery - diaries, address books, paper, pencils, staples etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I have always been treated as a valued customer.

What a great shop - this store can outfit you for any occasion, both formal or casual. The helpful staff also own the store which means great customer service and advice. I have always found them to be reliable and honest. Although it's a small shop, the choice of clothing is great and even the changing rooms are cosy, yet elegant. This boutique store also offers accessories like jewellery, belts, scarves etc to compliment whatever outfit you choose.

AJ's offer a huge range of products including kitchenware, cleaning products, hair accessories, toys, camping goods, craft goods, garden ware and watch repairs. Great to have a wander through and the helpful staff make this a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Nothing beats a family owned and run business. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. Great to see old fashioned customer service at work. They really make you feel that you matter to them and the choice of footwear is excellent. I wear a size 5 and find it very hard to buy shoes but at Trotters they always seem to be able to help me. Their children's shoe range is great too. I take my 6 year old granddaughter here knowing I'm buying quality shoes that fit her. Lovely shopping experience every time.

Delicious food, fast service and friendly staff. What more could you ask for? Great choice of meals available either take-away or eat in. Ample seating in the restaurant and great table service too. I've used them for at least 5 years and have never had a problem. They always get the order right and my family love the food.
