I hired a skip through this online booking agent. I searched their website and booked according to my need and the "representative diagrams" they provided. I'm 5 foot 4, I was going to be loading this skip by myself and there were some heavy items. So, I chose carefully. Booked and paid for a flat bed skip, the "representative diagram" showing a little stick figure with the skip coming up to his/her waist. So I thought this would be perfect for me to lift my things into; including a large old TV, some old rolls of carpet and to lay 2 old futon bases flat in the bottom. I was delivered a "cube on a trailer", no drop down sides. To reach into the thing I needed to lift above my own shoulder height...hence I wasn't able to do this by myself. I made a complaint to the booking agency, detailing that I asked for something specific due to my circumstances. I think the most disappointing thing out of this entire experience was the agent's response. He told me I should have read the website "properly" and taken note of the "illustrations representative only". Maybe I should have, but maybe businesses need to be a little more specific and provide "representations" that clearly end up representing what the consumer has paid for.

Approximate cost: $180.00

Finding a good vet for my dog, to me, is like finding a good doctor for myself. My german shepherd suffers from skin allergies and has done now for 4 years. I have tried many treatments, both home remedies and vet prescribed remedies, without success. Monthly trips to the vet for cortisone injections, my arms piled up with all the supposed "best" things for him was costing me on average $300 per month. And he just kept getting worse.

The Sunbury All Creatures Vet opened up last year and I thought, well, I'll give them a try and see if they can help. The vet I saw was the FIRST vet to actually lay his hands on my dog. Others just looked and "clucked" and started prescribing. The vet spent 40 minutes with my dog, checking him out, and giving me options based on cost and time involved.

We both worked out a plan, he provided me with information and guidance. He treated my dog's condition as a personal condition.

I was extremely impressed with this new business, and so was my dog, he's now on his way to recovery, growing his hair back again and feeling like a new dog!

If you're looking for a unique day out with your pet Kepala is great fun and excellent value for money. They have huge running areas for your dog, with balls, and throwing equipment if needed. There is an agility section if your dog is into climbing walls, winding their way around poles or burrowing through plastic tunnels. They have a sand area, where you dog can get down and dirty. There is an indoor pool with safety equipment if your dog is new to swimming. There is also a fabulous outside wading pool, which my dog absolutely loves. They have facilities so that you can give your friend a hydro bath, and if you forget your dogs "products", not to worry, they can supply that as well. Kepala is also people friendly, with outdoor umbrellas to shade from the sun, seating arrangements so that you're comfortable while your dog is having fun, coffee facilities. Cost, excellent!! I can take my dog for 3 of 4 hours of fun, he runs, swims, bathes all for under $30 (and that's if he does everything!)
