Broken glass in our door was replaced and Michael was fast, really well priced and did a great job. I was worried about finding the exact match for the type of glass but after sending Michael a photo he said he had it and it was exact match. Happy to recommend him.

I have never written a review but thought I should this time. I got a Groupon voucher and when I rang to make a booking (still within my time but close to expiry) I couldn't believe how rude and horrible the lady was. She must have been the owner/manager. When she said she couldn't fit me in I aksed what could we do then? As I know other business's have booked others in past expiry if they have been fully booked, as long as booking was made within appropriate date (not my fault they were fully booked) and she abruptly replied well you will just lose your money. I couldn't believe she was not even trying to be helpful. I was unhappy by this point and she went on to say I will not be approving your refund to Groupon either. I was just extremely shocked by this womans tone, response and overall personality and it was just horrible the way she was in this situation. Clearly they are just after your money and I'd say go spend it somewhere else on nicer people and business's.
