I have only been to this restaurant once but we thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a bbq grill in the middle of each table and you order food and cook it yourself on the grill.

My husband and I opted for the buffet, where you can order as much as you want from the menu and they deliver it to your table. It isn't a cheap option, $40 - $50 each, but it was just so much fun. We enjoyed it.

You can however just order dishes off the menu, individual plates, which may be a better option for a quick lunch.

The ingredients they brought out were fresh and tasty.

A great experience!

Great little Vietnamese restaurant on Chinatown mall. It is reasonably priced and the food is good. It is also BYO. We've had a great meal every time we've been there. Highly recommended.

Ghengis Khan definitely isn't a fine dining experience. It's a cheap and cheerful fun buffet style restaurant. You go and help yourself to meat (sort of deli style) and then some vegies and they cook it on a big bbq for you. Go back as many times as you like. They cater well to big groups and have a Karaoke room out the back which is a tonne of fun! Fun night, just don't have huge expectations of the food - it's more for the experience!

This is a cheap and cheerful convenient venue. The food is of a normal standard and quality but the prices are excellent. It is really good value and great to stop when you've been to the shops.

This is one of our local bars and we go down regularly for a drink. The atmosphere is good on a Friday or Saturday afternoon / night and there are regular bands.

We also often eat there and on most occasions have found the food to be great. They regularly have meal specials. At the moment they have some mussels on the menu in a tomato based sauce which are just superb - highly recommended.

The regulars in the restaurant provide really good service. Occasionally there is a new person and they aren't as good, but generally they don't hang around for long.

Good pub grub!

Super Bowl is a great value Chinese restaurant. They are always super busy so it is best to book in advance. They have great Chinese food and there is always a loud, noisy but fun atmosphere to the place. The service is prompt and efficient. Yummy food, a favourite!

We love the Valley Corner. We have been going here for years and will continue to go. They do fantastic reasonably priced food.

They are BYO and the decor of the restaurant is simple, but it works well. This place is always busy.

My favourite dish is the scallops on the shell steamed with ginger. These are really tasty and always cooked perfectly and yet they are so cheap! The flounder is also brilliant!

We hardly ever make a reservation and yet we always get a table (sometimes we need to go away and have a drink and then come back). The owner is very abrupt, but she is ok most of the time and for the food, I can handle a little bit of abruptness!

This review is for Fatboy's, Fortitude Valley QLD

Fatboy's at Ric's in the Valley is still the best value breakfast in Brisbane. $4 for bacon, eggs, sausage and tomato can not be beat! I don't know how they keep it so cheap. You can't make any changes to the order for this, but it is still excellent value. I don't think you can do it that cheap at home.

The other breakfast items are really high quality too. I love the Hoochie mama breakfast cause the spinach and mushrooms are TO DIE FOR!

The best value breakkie around!

Super busy on the weekends but well worth the wait!

This review is for Baguette Bistro And Bar, Ascot QLD

I've dined at Baguette about 3 or 4 times and each time the food has been impeccable! It is a fine dining experience, so a little more expensive, but absolutely superb french food. Last time we went there was a gorgeous pate or terrine on the menu which is still making my mouth water. We have found the service to be great generally, with well trained waiters.

The last time we went the waiter has a giggle when my husband told him that our cat had died that day, needless to say, my husband wasn't impressed. But other than that experience, it has been fantastic service!

We will be back for more special occasions in the future!
