As most love struck men can attest, buying an engagement is one of the most nerve-wracking and testing periods in a man's life. We want to find the perfect ring that not only suits our partner but also makes the engagement and wedding experience a truly special one. For such an important and expensive purchase you would like to have confidence in the knowledge and understanding of your sales person.

I had done my research, had an good idea of what I wanted and set out to design my perfect ring. My search was long and unreasonably arduous. I had explored 9 different jewellery stores in Brisbane and was utterly disappointed by the atrocious customer service, constant distain for their customers and general lack of interest. The amount of times my explanations and requests were ignored was infuriating. I didn't want your off the shelf ring, I knew what I wanted, I just wanted someone to help me create it.

That all ended when I entered the Indooroopilly store.

After my previous experiences, I was prepared for more disappointment, but was delighted to meet Caroline who sat me down and asked what is it that I actually wanted?
She genuinely wanted to help. They had actually listened to me!

Caroline and her team had talked me through what is possible, sourced the perfect diamond and then helped me design the perfect ring around it. I put my deposit down that day without hesitation.

After a wonderful engagement, I have since brought my fiancee into the store to meet the staff that helped make our lives special. We are so happy with the service that we are now having our wedding bands custom made through Diamonds International Indooroopilly, and my fiancee already has a concept designed for her eternity ring.
