Love the new fit out and the well appointed toilets . The lady that served me at the counter was very polite and helpful and they make a really good protein shake!

Very cool gym has a great vibe and plenty of training equipment. i actually didnt know it was two levels till i walked in. staff are really helpful, Ive been a member there now for 3 years and wont train elsewhere
