I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a leak in my roof that they only half fixed because a month later I noticed black mould growing on my brand new ceiling (which cost me $2500.)
I was told every excuse why their warranty doesn’t cover this, that it’s a new leak (even though black mould doesn’t just appear after a day) and it up to the customer to test their repair, because as I was told they don’t test after that have repaired the roof. God forbid if they did a job for a little old lady it’s her responsibility to water her roof down, then get in the ceiling to check their work.
Completely unreasonable and ridiculous.
I would definitely not recommend his company.
