Could not be happier. Ian responded to my request for quote within minutes and came the next day. He gave me a quote and completed the work same day. He cleaned carpet in 3 rooms + a rug and our couch. When we couldn't be without the rug for several days Ian did an in-home cleaning and couldn't be happier with the result. So much cleaner, everything smells and looks great. We will be calling Monster Clean every year from now on. Highly recommend!!
