We have been taking our 3 dogs (now 2) and our cat to this Surgery for many years. I have found them to be very caring and informative as to the cause/procedures for my pets. Procedures that my pets have been attended to have been Vaccinations, blood tests, teeth extraction, arthritis problems, anal glands to name just a few. I would certainly recommend them .

After having done the survey I received a phone call from Stefan. I advised him about what I had with another Company and he gave me a comparison between that one and the one that I have just transferred to. His ability to explain in detail and comparison was great. I no longer need to have a separate Ambulance cover, the benefits on extras are higher than the other company for most things and as I am transferring over from the other company that I have been with since 2000, I have no waiting period. The only thing that I wasn't given information on was that being in the RAA in South Australia I was able to get a discount on my cover. I have since had this rectified. Fit & Free with the Australian Government Rebate and RAA discount - $112.80 p/ftn. Looking forward to receiving my cards and comfortable with my decision.
