Wonderful hairdressers. I had been to quite a few but was never 100% happy until I found Hellens. The staff are so friendly & they always do such a great job. People always comment on how nice my hair looks!!! Recommend to anyone!

Advertised free shipping but when I went to place my order they tried to charge me over $30 for shipping. Contacted customer support to sort it and no one got back to me. Contacted again after a week and then after another week someone finally got back to me. It took me about 10 emails to their customer support for them to finally honour their advertised free shipping deal, but by then the product was no longer on special and after such an experience I did not want to give any money to a company that provided such poor customer service.
