Vickie, Kim and Ian could not have been more sympathetic and understanding during the terrible time of my losing Stella. I did not expect to meet with such kindness and efficiency. They kept in touch with me throughout the process of collecting Stella and her private cremation before discussing the numerous options open to me for her return. Ian was so amazingly kind when he brought Stella's ashes home in a beautiful urn with an inscribed tribute. Thank you so much for playing a big part in easing my grief.
