We bought a used car from these guys and found their service to be great. We didn't spend a huge amount, but still felt our custom was valued. They helped out with a few extras and they were able to organise delivery sooner than expected. Would definitely return.

I have been very disappointed with the fees and charged applied by this credit union. Credit unions are supposed to be all about the members. $40 fees for an account overdrawing by a small amount is ridiculous. We will be taking our banking elsewhere as they simply cannot compete.

We have been customers since they opened in Geelong and have always been really happy with their personal service. A small business feel and great value will keep us coming back.

Loved the service! I went in to buy a model for my husband and had no idea what I was doing. The staff in the hobby department were very helpful and honest. I paid a little more than elsewhere but it was well worth it! Great 'old fashioned toy store' feel about it too.

I have found the staff here to be very attentive and helpful. They have a good product knowledge and are willing to drop the prices if necessary. The shelf prices, though, are very high. They are willing to negotiate on price, but still come out a fair bit more expensive than some of their competitors. Still made my purchase from here, mostly because of the customer service which is something I am willing to pay a little more for.

I had my 11 year old needing a blood test. The collector was amazing. He was so understanding of my son's needs and how nervous he was. He totally put him at ease and made him laugh - a lot! Would go out of my way to go back here if anymore of my kids ever need blood taken.

Love the atmosphere. Love the quirkiness. Love the food and the company. I love the online menu as it reduces wait times.
