Elsworthy's Retravision

We were wowed by the service we received at Retravision while looking for a new fridge. The salesman was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, patiently explaining all the features and benefits of each model. He also took time to check competitor websites and matched their best price. The only downside to Retravision is they don't (or didn't at the time) have as big a range of products as other stores around town have.

All the appliances you would need with very helpful staff! They often drop their prices or do a deal to match competitors !!

I have found the staff here to be very attentive and helpful. They have a good product knowledge and are willing to drop the prices if necessary. The shelf prices, though, are very high. They are willing to negotiate on price, but still come out a fair bit more expensive than some of their competitors. Still made my purchase from here, mostly because of the customer service which is something I am willing to pay a little more for.
