Rob came out to quote us for a new reverse cycle unit as our evaporative system was letting us down. After he looked at the evaporative system, he quickly determined (and showed us) what was wrong with it and recommended to fix that instead - this ended up saving us a significant amount of money as we no longer needed to install the reverse cycle unit!
