Last night I experienced some of the worst service ever when visiting the air bar with my sister who I was seeing off back to her home in Bahrain.
I think it is reasonable to expect basic courtesy at any service outlet where I am a paying customer. The staff were just plain rude. I would be embarrassed to take any visitors there in the future.
It is a real pity that Melbourne Airport does not take more pride in providing a better service for what could be the very first or last experience someone has in Australia - shame!
