A 5 minute walk from Sovereign Hill Tourist Park you'll find this intimate restaurant. We went there for a delicious inexpensive lunch and were not disappointed. Haloumi fritters $13 and Salt and Pepper Calamari on an Asian Salad $18 - magnificent. They serve scrumptious Michael Unwin Wines (a local winemaker from Beaufort). A cosy restaurant on a cold day the waitress was efficient but not intrusive. Easily return to this establishment.

A great Cafe to dine in for lunch or to just sit and enjoy a coffee and watch the people stroll by in the Block Arcade. Always check the specials board because it usually has some interesting and delicious meals to appreciate. Depending on your menu choice, the price can sometimes feel a bit expensive.

Nice cheap and easy Asian food. The chilli lemongrass chicken is a favourite, so too are the gyoza. The staff make service quick and easy, and as it is centrally located in Swanston St, makes it easy to get to.

Delicious, delectable, delightful. We went there for dessert with our daughter and she chose the Belgian Spoil for us to share $14. It had a decadent chocolate mud cake with gold leaf; 2 chocolate pralines; a hazelnut chocolate biscuit; chocolate mousse and chocolate ice cream and all beautifully presented. Naturally they described it so much better than I have. They have a selection of tea leaves served in china tea pots; my husband enjoyed his coffee. We would easily return.

This is a great hair salon, and since the renovations it looks fantastic. I use Hannah and she is brilliant. I have been required (Hannah was on annual leave) to use Katrina and she too was exceptional. If you are looking for a fantastic hair salon with great stylists this is the salon for you.
Having said that, I have only used them as hair stylists, not for beauty therapy. So I am not qualified to review that side of their business.

We loved our visit to Om Vegetarian upstairs on Elizabeth Street. My sister and I visited this restaurant for lunch, and it was all you can eat for $6.50. Great value, and as I understand it from some other diners, it changes daily.
We had unlimited Naan bread, a lentil dish and delicious curry served with rice. You could return to the counter as many times as you like! Excellent value!!

I went to Matthews Tyre Centre because I needed new tyres and someone recommended that I go there. The chap there Bill (?) couldn't have done more to help me. He needed to order me two new tyres and they arrived overnight, he rotated my tyres free of charge and he did this while I waited. So friendly and professional. Great value and great service.

This review is for Pho Bo Ga Mekong, Melbourne VIC

You will always find Mekong Restaurant filled with customers, and rightly so. This place makes delicious Pho and their rice paper rolls are delicious; the complimentary tea is a nice touch.
The Mekong restaurant can be very crowded and sometimes you may be have to sit wherever there is room, this means sharing tables if necessary.
The food comes out very quickly. Don't expect to develop a rapport with you wait staff, they are too busy for that.

We have eaten here numerous times because it is quick, cheap and delicious.

We discovered this restaurant by accident and decided to try it - we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. We had the Roti and Peanut Sauce; Lady Finger Rolls; The Pumpkin and Tofu Salad; and the Miso Glazed Eggplant. It was an enjoyable lunch, the food was delicious, though its a shame that the waitress was a little bored with customers that day. I would try it again because the food was so tasty.

This review is for Hopetoun Tea Rooms, Melbourne VIC

Having walked past the Tea Rooms numerous times and seeing the long queues, we decided to join the queue one day.

We didn't have to wait too long, maybe fifteen minutes. This gave us plenty of time to peruse the windows to make our choice. Once seated we enjoyed the ambiance - with our six year finding it delightful. The choice of teas were outstanding and my husband enjoyed his coffee - made to perfection. Our cakes were room temperature which was a bit off putting because with creams, one expects them to be refrigerated.

Given that it markets itself as “tea rooms”, I would have liked to have seen some bone china or at least commerial china that imitates a finer quality to drink my tea out of.

We have finally been to the Hopetoun Tea Rooms and pleased we have, but Melbourne has so many fine eating precincts, that I probably won't rush back.
