I bought a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine in Castle Hill Binglee and was told by the manager that I can pay the driver delivering the goods to my house with efptos. When the driver came to my house the first thing he asked me was was I paying cash or credit card. When I told him eftpos he started raising his voice and told me that they never accepted eftpos and when refused any of my explanation about the payment agreement I had with his boss and told me that he doesn't care and threatened to drive away with my goods. I told him to wait a second so I can ask my wife where the credit card was and he shouted at me that I either have it or I don't. I'm a customer of Binglee, paid good money for the goods and I did not deserve that kind of treatment from Binglee's delivery boy. You people are a bunch of idiots and you don't know what your left hand is doing with your right hand. You have to teach your delivery boys how to treat your customers with the respect they deserve for buying your products.
