Too bad there is no any minus sign to show my dissatisfaction with them.
The worse experience ever dealing with St George bank. When processing my loan application took 3 weeks to organise valuation, almost 2 weeks to make decision. My loan was on the end rejected as the property was not in their development register indicating that the property require >80% LVR (which is the mistake on their side)
I was left stranded and only advise about it only on the end, just before the finance date.

When i called St George to complain (as it was their mistake), bank advised that i can't raise the complain as the application was done through the broker, and that he needs to raise complain even though it is application for my home loan

What a customer service!!! The worse experience ever. After 17 years having banking with them, they really demonstrated what customer service and loyalty shouldn not look like

Please avoid it!!! you will regret going with them!! Skip it in the big loop
