I was unsure of this company because they were much cheaper. We were very pleased with their promptness, their enthusiasm, their methods and their friendliness. Our furniture was not new and mostly not precious, so if you are paranoid about getting a scratch then pay for it. I would certainly use Jay again. In fact we are having a piano moved today.
