Worse than then the fraudulent organisations around them.
Your accounts are not safe and nor do you have the "fraud guarantee" that this bank promotes.
As a single parent I relied on this banks promise of protection. $35 thousand later (which I didn't even have to begin with) following a bank hack, this bank basically told me to go away and shut down all of my accounts, leaving my child and I renderlesss for 6 weeks now and ongoing.
Their lack of fraud security is apparently my problem.
Their fraud department, Janine, is an insultive disgrace.
Enough documentation to support my claim in a court room.
