Wendy rang us as soon as our claim was put in and was lovely to talk to and very efficient. She kept us informed about the tech visit and rang us to let us know how it was all going. David came and repaired our Sony television and had it done very professionally. A lovely friendly man who gave us advice about a couple of related matters.
