Wendy from the start of answering the phone was exceptionally friendly and helped us with all the information we needed our Sony went on the blink.
5 blinking red lights told th that the back light was faulty, they ordered the part said it could be a week but they would keep in touch with us when they would send a technician to our
r home and replace the back free of charge as it was 2 yrs old
Wendy kept in touch with us all the time very friendly
When the time Sam was to arrive I happened to be going for a hospital appt. Wendy asked if there was a neighbour
That could allow Sam in which is nothing when we are in a village so let me tell you the service from start to finish was100%

Wendy rang us as soon as our claim was put in and was lovely to talk to and very efficient. She kept us informed about the tech visit and rang us to let us know how it was all going. David came and repaired our Sony television and had it done very professionally. A lovely friendly man who gave us advice about a couple of related matters. Very happy with the service and professionalism by both Wendy and David and would recommend them very highly. Brian and Pat, Rothwell.

16 months ago, we purchased a Sony smart tv from Harvey Norman, and It just stopped working.
Sony only offer a one year warranty, but because we had Harvey Norman Product Care, David from TSS Electronics was at our home to fix the problem within 3 days of our call.
Our TV is now better than ever, and the whole process was smooth, efficient and highly recommended.

Rude customer service, the receptionist Wendy? has a terrible attitude to customers, no help whatsoever, like it's an inconvenience to her to be a customer. I will travel to Brisbane if I need a Sony repair. She is an embarrassment to her employers

Agree. Wendy is the rudest person I have ever met. She's not doing the business any favours by being the first point of contact for customers and being so arrogant, rude and speaking over the top of people.

A few months ago I purchased a smart Sony tv from Jb hifi Stocklands unfortunately my was mishandled when being installed or it was a manufacturing fault this I will never know anyhow @12hrs old my new smart tv had a huge crack in the middle of the screen was very upset Jb hifi could not help me as the tv had left their store in perfect condition I contacted TSS Electronics Burleigh heads first contact was Wendy their amazing front person who came back to me with a quote to replace the screen $860 was pretty upset but she had spoken with David the owner of TSS they asked me to send in photos plus my receipt they were going to approach Sony with my dilemma this was Friday by Monday mourning Wendy called me to let me know SONY not only would replace the screen but also have the owner David from TSS come out to my home replace tv with new screen install tune in @ no cost to me whatsoever.....a huge thank u to SONY & TSS ELECTRONICS BURLEIGH for ur amazing service ur extreme kindness & SONY I will only ever buy SONY u r LEGANDS!!! Thanku to all who helped me .....i have a full surround sound tv system by Sony in my lounge room which i purchased 8yrs ago never had a problem as i nearly bought Samsung .....a very grateful customer thank u so very much have a beautiful day regards Jessica Black

To whom it would concern,

I have just had your staff attend my residence. This was the most unprofessional example of anyone I have ever run across. 1st of all I received a missed phone call yesterday at 4:04pm asking to come today to look at my TV. I was instructed to call back that day to confirm my appointment. As I missed the call I called back immediately however got many busy calls. In speaking to [redacted name] this morning, I find out that the technician called me after 4pm when the phones are put on answering service to enable the staff to make all necessary phone calls. I spoke to [redacted name] this morning and confirmed everything.

I want to set the scene. I have been having issues with these TV’s now for over a year. Talking to Sony and then putting up with the issues. In the past months I have gotten very frustrated with the performance of them and decided to now get something done. I have not just purchased one but two tv’s for my home. Previously I had 2 Panasonic tv’s that I still have and are working fine. Just wanted to update to the “latest and greatest”. The problem that I am having is the tuners ability to hold the channels. I have constant pixelation and the guide is never loading with program information. All of what Sony claims should work fine.

This morning when the door bell rang. My 18 year old son was fooling around on the PS4 on the tv. I answered the door and [redacted name] walked in. It is raining up here on the sunshine coast and everything is wet. He proceeded to enter looking at his shoes and then walking straight in without removing them. As he is the same person that was here last time. I said what were were still having the same issues as the last time. His comment to me was “YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING THEN”. At this point I felt the anger in his voice. He walk straight over and grabbed the remote and without waiting for my son to log off the PS4, he switched it over to tv programming. Opened the guide and said what is wrong? The guide did not load any program info at all. He now says this is normal. Channels are also always going all pixel'ed or breaking up. I told him I have 2 other Panasonic tv’s that load and hold the guide perfectly. As well hold the channels without digital fade. This is all occurring all the time without bad weather in the area.

At this point he starts raising his voice and becoming very confrontational. I then confronted him saying “Don’t you speak to me like that. I am your customer and Sony asked you to look at this not me. At this point I felt that he was being very confrontational & raising his voice. Feeling Threatened, I asked him to get out of the house immediately..

He seemed to then realize that what he had done was crossing the line and now started to apologize. This had gone far to far and I ordered him out. I have never in my entire life had to order a repair person out of the house.

I am shocked that TSS Electronics has someone in their staffing that would talk to a customer like that. Even if it is the customers fault. This is no way to talk to anyone.

I sent my Sony SLT camera there to get looked at. It took them 2.5 months to get back to me, only after threatening to report it stolen. Will never go there or recommend anyone to use the place. Apparently heard they had gone into installations taking time away from service/repair.

I sent my camera for repair 14 dec 2014 and they have lost it and now wont talk to me after 6 months of waiting. I have emailed numerous times and spoken to them but keep getting ignored. This is not how to provide a SONY service.
