No care shown to members returning after injury; after deferring membership for 7 months due to neck injury and trying to make appointment for new program was just told to do previous one as we can’t see you one on one due to covid. Then when I tried to cancel membership uncovered they were making changes with no notice to length of contract. Referred to terns and conditions that are not relevant - told bt staff member it’s what we decided was fair - pretty sure that’s no covered under the contract. DO NOT sign up
