Very good experience. Customer Service Staff very friendly. Dean came to give me my quote on time, gave me good advice and prompt provision of a detailed quote. He made extra effort to get me booked in as soon as possible to replace my old heater which had died. On the day of installation the guys who attended rang in advance to say they were coming. They were polite and did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Very Happy
