We went here for breakfast due to lack of funds and a sign reading "$6 bacon egg roll with coffee". I thought for that price it would be a stingy piece of bacon on a mini dinner roll with a watery tasting coffee. So I was pleasantly surprised when the bacon and egg roll came packed with bacon and heaps of egg! my girlfriend couldn't eat all of hers and took bacon off to try to fit it all in (More for me but I struggled as well). The coffee was pretty good too, nice flavor and not bitter at all. The service was quite good and friendly. No extra charge for soy coffee or mocha. Will definitely be back.
For a fine dining experience I was a bit let down. We were booked in for a late lunch. Upon arrival we were told the kitchen was closing soon and we had to hurry to order (including dessert at the start of the meal [never done that before]). I was wondering why they would book us in at a time that they knew would rush the kitchen staff... After the initial rush the food was uninspired, my veal was pretty bland (except the end piece, which had a nice smokey taste). It then took 30 minutes for anyone to clear our plates and bring dessert (considering the initial "rush" this was disappointing service) It also took us 20 minutes to get the waiter's attention to get drinks. Despite this, the staff were friendly if a bit inattentive. The rice pudding was really tasty as a dessert but unfortunately the experience as a whole was disappointing for a fine dining restaurant. Although it wasn't the most terrible experience I've had, I'd probably choose somewhere else for the price.
Approximate cost: $30-40
Went there for a night out. The food was amazing and the service was spot on. If you go for dinner get there early so you can check out the sea view from the balcony.
This is an excellent little grocery store with a large deli inside. The food is fresh and cheaper than in a supermarket. Can get a little packed but that's because everyone else knows how good it is!
A good little cafe that has good coffee, good food and good service. Price is average for the area and the interior is light and airy and well decorated.
Nice looking cafe with good Campos coffee. Service is good but can take a bit of time to make the coffee. A little more expensive than other cafes around the area but the coffee is good. I've only ever bought muffins from there so can't comment on the food.
A really good Chinese restaurant in Woonona. The food is really good and fresh. The service was great. The price was on par with other Chinese restaurants in the area. I often get it as takeaway food as well. Great as next day left overs.
Had a pretty bad time here. The food was chewy and there wasn't much of it but at least it was greasy and made me feel sick in the stomach for the rest of the night. The service was pretty bad, seemed like they just wanted to get rid of us.
I wouldn't go back, it was pretty bad.
I think that Tandoori is the best Indian in Wollongong. I've been there for dinner and the food was amazing. The service was good and the restaurant was well decorated nicely.
I have browsed in this store several times and bought tires for my motor bike there. The service was excellent the price was slightly cheaper than other places and I could wait while they replaced my tyre which saved me catching a bus for the rest of the day.
