My iMac crashed at a critical time for my business. When I rang in the afternoon Hess said bring it straight in and he would do a diagnosis that evening. He gave me a very reasonable quote on a new hard drive, clearly explained the problem and the solution and answered all my questions.

Because I had a recent backup, he suggested an alternative to a full new backup from the damaged drive which saved me $$. He also lent me a portable DVD drive so I could reload some critical software and get back to work quickly. Other staff I spoke to in that period were also knowledgeable and helpful.
