I bought a Samsung S7 and within 2 weeks there was a problem with the LCD screen . Becex continually insisted that the problem was caused by physical damage and was not a warranty claim . The cost to repair the phone was quoted $310 I refused to get this repaired and had the phone returned at my cost of $55.00. On receipt I took the phone to Samsung who confirmed it was a warranty claim and damage wasn't caused by physical or liquid damage. The comments from Becex in their email declining warranty was "We have been handling same cases like this" so there must be a number of other customers with the same issue. I have requested a refund lets see what happens.Not impressed with this company at all!
