I was pretty dissapointed in the food and service. I asked for the " gourmet melt" which had eggplant, sundried Tom, capsicum and cheese with salad. Very basic. I asked if they had fresh chicken breast. She said it is processed pieces. I also asked if she had today's paper ( since I noticed old ones) she said no. The newsagent was one minute walk. So I got up and bought the paper myself. I expected quality. Since it is David jones. Not going back. Unhappy.

My first time here. What a pretty place with plush seats. Modern, funky and antique settings. Had a chinno with real grated choc on top. Also a blueberry macaroon which just melt in my mouth. Next time I will have a baguette with a salad. They have Artisan bread and fresh pies.

Now this is how it should be. I became a member for just $8 for the year. I noticed my membership had July 2013. So I told the Duty manager Linda. I wasn't happy paying for 8 months when it should have been 12 months. She said she'll give me my money back. Then she said I will get a free all you can eat buffet (which is worth $19.50) for my birthday. And 10% off drinks. She was so pleasant about this situation I felt at ease and happy. Thanks again Linda for being professional at your job.

I rang these people to let them know I was moving from Albion Park NSW to Wollongong. I will now be receiving a "Meter Reading" bill soon. Of $48.40. Does this sound nuts to you? What next a "walking" fee to get to the meter!

I walked in to hand in my Homeline touch phone. After the phone call I had with Telstra. When I explained to them I want to hand the phone to them. They said they won't take it as they don't have any room in the shop. Then they asked if I had a reference number. I said no. (would that have made a difference?) I think not. I asked if they could make a phone call for me for a ref n.o.? They said they can't make calls on their phone. Extremely poor service girls. Not happy. No customer service what so ever. So I told them should I throw it in the bin they shrugged their shoulders. I went out their shop in the bin it went.

Under new management. I had a panini with eggplant, roasted capsicum, artichoke and baby spinach cost 10. I added chicken breast for an extra $2. All freshly cooked as you wait. The chinno's are served in a latte glass with no handle. May be hot when holding. As you walk into the cafe it's like a mini art gallery with local paintings of animals and birds. The new owners made the place really nice. Every so often you will see the train pass. Lovely spot for a coffee and they have current magazines and newspapers.

I spoke to these people at Origin to say i am moving out. I was charged $48.40. It is called a "Meter reading fee". Is this my unluckiest day. I am not happy with this at all. Who does this sort of thing. It's crazy.

This is such a romantic place to go to. Or if you are on your own and just want peace and quiet this is for you. Their scones are freshly cooked as you wait, Usually takes 20 mins. Their coffee is really nice. Ive have main meals here before as well. A little small but tastes great. You can pick any room thats vacant and just take it easy. This place is really worth the look. It is so popular with weddings.
