Worst dealer in my 20+ years of experience. There was something always wrong with each service – I ended up with a need to perform a post service check (lights, tyres, whatever) after each service, something I never had to do with any other dealer. Often had to come back, parts were never in stock even when I was calling them two or three times before the appointment to check. Last time they told me parts are not in stock, I went straight up to the parts department and they were right there with my name on them – by that time there were no one in the workshop to install them, had to come back. Couple of times the car was not roadworthy after the service – like brake lights not connected, had to wait till they grabbed someone to have it fixed. Staff is unfriendly. When I told them, I won’t be coming back anymore, they “warned” me this will invalidate my warranty (not true). Switched to another service centre and couldn’t be happier. Because of this dealer certain brands of cars are now off the list for me, as I prefer to service new cars with authorised dealers and cannot see myself going back to Tynan.
