I asked to get my prepaid telstra phone unlocked, I waited on phone for 15min, got transferred 3 times, to different people, to only be told that I had to wait 3 to 5 working days to get a number to unlock my TELSTRA phone because they have to get the number off the manufacturer. I asked if I could get the number direct, there answer was NO i cant talk to them, telstra have to get it. Before it was resolved I got cut off, I rang back to the complaints section, all they could do was transferr me back to the person who cut me off. They didnt care! They are also going to charge me $27.50 to unlock it, even though I have to waitup to 5 days, I dont care, told them If im paying!, and they locked it!, it should be done straight away. But NO!!!
