Don't even bother... Company was quick to come and do an inspection to arrange a quote. They seemed very helpful and interested at the time, however after 3 months and numerous attempts to follow up myself to obtain the quote, I have still received nothing.

Every 2 weeks I would call, they kept telling me their computer system crashed and lost all their software and they would get back to to me in "2 weeks". The last attempt I made, they were in Bali on holiday and couldn't help me.

If they didn't want the job of my renovation they should have been honest from the beginning and just said so.

Avoid at all cost...

The salon is young and fresh and you genuinely have a wonderful time when you are there. Adrian and his staff take the time to listen to what you are after and they make informative suggestions if you are feeling like a change. They work with you to ensure that you walk out of the salon feeling fabulous. They take a lot of pride in their work and the customer service is of the highest standard.
