I've been scammed before, Robert was amazingly patient and kind. He had covid when I contacted him on the weekend and he saw how upset and scared I was that my accounts might have been hacked. He was life saver coming to my aid and assuring me, even this morning when i saw some notifications of people trying to access my account he was caring. He was the only person who got back to me out of all the other computer technicians despite saying that they work afterhours.
