Had Joe come out and give me a quote on a new kitchen. He was 30 mins late but called to let me know he was stuck in traffic. The process took around 40mins - and at no time was their any pressure selling, rudeness or intimidation. We simply told me what we were after and he came up with a few suggestions of what might work better and showed us a few samples of his work.

We did get other quotes from cabinet makers but we felt they were more interested in closing the deal. One cabinet maker in particular which we wont name made us feel as if we were wasting his time and couldn't be bothered.

Joe on the other hand takes his time and emails you the quote after he leaves so customers are put under pressure to accept the quote on the spot.

Unfortantly we cant comment on the quality of the work as we haven't been able to go ahead with the kitchen as our finances has changed over the past month. But when we are ready Joe will be the first one call.
