I have been going to Absolute Hair for years now and I will not go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and well trained. And the prices are amazing - less than $40 for a ladies cut. And I have never been unhappy with a cut.
We often go to the Kelso pub for our mothers group lunch - sounds odd I know. If you go there for a mid-week lunch and book in the function room, you can pretty much guarantee that you will have the place nearly to yourselves. Plus the extra bonus (and here's why we take the kids) they have a great covered play area that rivals and indoor children's playground - and it's free!
Love everything about The Pig & the Olive. Beautiful wood fired pizza, decor is beautiful and staff are terrific. The little man at the front counter is so gorgeous!
Used Hi Tech to build a massive pergola. Sales staff are very friendly and efficient. Tradesmen are prompt and did an excellent job. We are now getting a shed built too.
Courtyard has a great selection of beautiful decorator items, outdoor and garden decor as well as being a genuine interior/building business. Only down side is it's location in an industrial area.
Fabulous cafe on Bathurst's trendy street. Al Dente serves the best coffee. Their motto is the cafe with no menu, so you never know what delicious goodies might be available for a snack or lunch. Use local and fresh produce.
Love Book Depository and have already recommended to family and friends. Service is great and prices are too. Also free shipping - from the UK. No idea how they make their money, but I hope they keep it up!
Elie's has not quite kept up with the new restaurant's and cafes in town. Also I went there when I had a new born and was put in the back courtyard away from the rest of the patrons. It was winter so I had to be asked to move back inside as we were freezing. My baby wasn't even crying, he was asleep!
I have been a Flybuys member for a number of years and I am just getting my 2nd reward. Points take quite a while to expire and can accumulate quite quickly even if you only have a few accepted store close at hand (eg. I only regularly use 2 stores).
I have recently joined Rewards Central to get a bit more cash for Christmas. They don't hassle you with a million emails and you choose how much you participate. Great that they are linked to other rewards programs too.
