I am not a big fan of coles at tuggerah as they do not have a lot of the things i am after. They do not stock many brands of the products i want and I find woolies at tuggerah a better shop.

I love woolworths at tuggerah and do the majority of my shopping there. One thing i do find very distressing about the store though is that they always have stock being packed and workers packing the shelves on the busiest days. I understand the shelves need to be packed but do not think thursday are the best days nor should the staff look at you like your in 'their way'.

Though a very busy store Big W at tuggerah has served me well over the years. It does seem to sell out of sale stock very very fast and i wonder if they actually order enough sometimes, but they often pretty good customer service and there staff are generally bright and happy

Though i have had a great experience in generall with westpac, i used the services outside my regular branch of Tuggerah and went into the bateau bay office to order a new card. The lady seemed bothered and did not seem to listen to me even though she was responding. My suspicions were confirmed when the card i was looking to reorder was actually not ordered at all. The lasy had ordered the complete wrong card even though i had specifically given details which could not relate to the card she ordered. This mishap caused some very serious issues for us as when i called to have the situation rectified, it was a friday and we have been without money over the weekend and monday. I was disappointed the lady could not offer me her full attention

Bay Gourmet Pizza really is great quality and they provide these great pizzas at extremely competitive prices in comparison to the fast food pizza joints. They have garlic bases which fast food restaurants do not and the quality and quantity of there toppings makes it even more worth while!!!

Lovely, helpful and friendly Doctor who makes the experience very relaxing. Taught me how to use contact lenses and i felt like a professional after the first lesson! Will continue to return as they are a lovely practice and I really enjoy my experience there!
