I was treated by Jamis town physio after the injury in my foot forced me to sit out of my cricket team. Regional selections were about to happen soon after I recovered. But, i lost hope when I found that I was not able to flex my muscles as much as I could before the injury. That’s when the doctor asked me to try physiotherapy. It really helped me a lot. In fact, it improved my game and I felt so much more confident coming back to the selections.
