Stay away!! Do not use these guys. Complete Cowboys. Was quoted and paid for a concrete driveway to include drains (our main motivation behind the decision to do a new driveway as our house is at the bottom of a slight gradient so drainage crucial). Was also quoted on a Stamped driveway. Was told after our existing driveway was excavated that we couldn't have a stamped driveway, they then poured the driveway without drainage!? At this point our key contact refused any liability and haven't returned calls, emails or texts. We had to pay another $3.5k to get an independent plumber to install drains, this is after us harassing the other partner to come back and cut up our driveway to allow the plumber to put drains in. Once the drains were in we then had to chase and chase to get more concrete poured around the drains. This concrete was a different colour from the original bluestone colour. The driveway was meant to be cleaned and sealed, this all bubbled up and they ended colour sealing the driveway (after weeks of chasing) which is bubbling and coming off as well. This process has been ongoing since early June 2016 and we are now (Novemver 2016) left with a sub-standard driveway trying to recover some of the extra cost incurred by us for their incompetence. They have also not given us an invoice so I'm sure the ATO will be interested in that. We will be going through NSW Fair Trading. These guys are Cowboys and we have subsequently found out the licence they work under is not even theirs. I believe after speaking to the concreter that poured our driveway (who does appear to have some integrity) is no longer in partnership with the partner who quotes the work. The 10 year guarantee on our driveway is worthless as we don't even have an invoice. The contact/partner who quoted our job and who assured us we were dealing with a professional business has not made contact with us since the driveway excavation started over 5 months ago, he is just a crook as far as I'm concerned, just taken our money and run.
