I was a former service provider for UrbanYou, and I do not recommend anyone to sign up with this company. In the beginning, they encourage us that they will support us at any issue, they will be fair with customer complains, but that's all bullshit. The only thing that they care about is the customer and them. They have no regard for the service provider. They have made up some bullshit policies that would only benefit the customer and themselves not us, "like the customer does not have to physically be present at the property while the job is being done or even to be present at the end of the job to check whether it's completed". And afterwards, if the customer gives bad feedback about the job we will have to re-attend the job at our own cost, which is quite unfair. They will always send us the bad feedback received but never good feedback. I get two different types of feedback that is provided by their customer service and another one from the head of the support team. And even though I try to justify the matter some the idiots in their hierarchy will not try to understand. They have included services which aren't possible doing in the given time, for example, cleaning a dirty oven from one hour. The worst part of all is making theories of their own and they remove us from their system without any prior notice or warning, suddenly one day you get a call from an UNGRATEFUL RUDE women named Cindy (So-called head of the Department) saying that your business does not suit our standards and will no longer have you in our system. No discussion or considerations, just the decided and that's it. I will not recommend anyone to work with these ungrateful bastards!! Do not take the opportunity to be disappointed!!
